We are going to be doing our part during the COVID-19 crisis by putting a lot more emphasis on sanitizing and disinfecting when cleaning the properties we care for over the next few months...and beyond!. We are using only certified anti-bacterial cleansers and disinfectants to wipe down all surfaces as well as floors and appliances.

Actual charges and fees may vary per cleaning depending on the actual size of the unit (SF), additional rooms, deluxe baths, additional cleaning time required, or other special owner requests.
WEEKLY CLEANING
General Cleaning (All Rooms)

Vacuum all carpets and area rugs
Sweep, mop, clean and disinfect all hard surface flooring
Clean glass sliders
Vacuum and sweep tracks on all doors including sliders
Remove sofa chair cushions and clean area underneath
Clean all mirrors
Dust all TV/DVDs/VCRs
Clean all hard surfaces including dressers, tables, nightstands, coffee tables and etc.
Clean all ceiling fans and AC vents throughout property
Throughout entire unit clean and disinfect all light switches, remotes, doorknobs or any other high use hard surfaced areas
Remove all trash, place trash can liners in trash cans.
Kitchen Area
Clean and disinfect sink, faucet, countertops
Clean and disinfect exterior of appliances including refrigerator (top included), microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot and coffee maker, make sure all coffee grounds are removed and container cleaned.
Clean and disinfect stove and oven. Run self-clean cycle if needed.
Clean and disinfect exterior of the toaster, remove crumbs from toaster.
Sweep, mop, clean and disinfect all hard surface flooring
Bedrooms
Spray bed surfaces with disinfecting cleaning spray
Clean all hard surfaces including dressers, tables, nightstands
Vacuum all carpets and area rugs
Sweep, mop, clean and disinfect all hard surface flooring
Bathrooms
Clean and disinfect entire toilet area, once completed put sanitary bands over toilets.
Clean and disinfect sink, faucet in the vanity area including mirrors, inside medicine cabinets
Clean and disinfect shower tub
Sweep and mop floor
Laundry area
Check lint screens in washer/dryer and remove lint
Clean and disinfect exterior of washer and dryer including knobs and control boards
Balcony/porch area
Clean and disinfect horizontal surfaces of tables on the deck(s), balcony(s), porches areas.
Clean outside shower area if applicable and disinfect all faucets and handles if any
SPRING (DEEP) CLEANING
General Cleaning (All Rooms)
Vacuum all carpets and area rugs
Sweep, mop, clean and disinfect all hard surface flooring
Clean glass sliders
Vacuum and sweep tracks on all doors including sliders and clean window sills
Move furniture and clean underneath and behind and vacuum carpets or clean and disinfect hard surfaces flooring
Clean and disinfectant furniture once put back into proper place
Remove sofa chair cushions and vacuum area underneath
Dust pictures and other decorative items throughout unit
Dust all door frames and baseboards
Dust blinds
Clean all mirrors
Dust all TV/DVDs/VCRs
Clean all ceiling fans and AC vents throughout property
Remove any cobwebs in the corners, ceiling.
Make sure closet items are neatly organized
Remove trash and miscellaneous items from under all the furniture and beds
Clean all hard surfaces including dressers, tables, nightstands, coffee tables and etc.
Remove all trash, place trash can liners in trash cans.
