HOW DOES IT WORK?

We review of the overall condition of each unit or resort home prior to each cleaning and note any damaged or missing items as well as any new stains on carpets or furniture. Then, using only top quality & brand name products, we dust, wipe, clean and polish including balcony and patio doors & sliders! We sweep & vacuum all floors, rugs and carpeting, mop and disinfect your linoleum, tile & wood laminate flooring to remove as much sand and dirt as possible. 

WHAT KIND OF PRODUCTS ARE WE USING?

We use top quality brand name products, such as:

 

Microban disinfectant cleaner which is effective against a broad-spectrum of microorganisms including bacteria, antibiotic resistant bacteria and viruses. Eliminates odors, cuts through tough grime and will not harm surfaces.

Microban disinfectant cleaner has demonstrated effectiveness against viruses similar to SARS-CoV-2 on hard, non-porous surfaces. Therefore, it can be used against SARS-CoV-2 when used in accordance with the directions for use against Poliovirus Type 1 on hard, non-porous surfaces. CHECK IN / CHECK OUT TIMES?

Check In and check Out times typically vary yet we make an effort to ensure every unit is available for occupancy by 3 or 4 in the afternoon.  We are flexible to the point that we work with owners to perform cleanings in accordance with some nuanced requests.  Ideally, clients will provide a monthly rental schedule stretching from June to September and relay updates as the year continues.
